Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add onions and cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, or until tender. Add cream and broth and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 6 minutes or until slightly reduced, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice.
Gently fold in Green Giant* peas. Stir cream mixture, cheese and bacon into cooked pasta. Serve hot. Garnish with additional shredded Parmesan cheese or chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
