Basil Pesto Fish Bake

  • ½-1 pkg Green Giant* Valley Selections* Whole Green Beans
  • 1 tbsp basil pesto
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 pkg (454 g) frozen tilapia (or other frozen white fish)


  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp each basil pesto, chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest


Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Toss frozen beans with pesto. Place beans in bottom of baking dish and add ¼ cup water. Place frozen fish on top of beans. Combine sauce ingredients and spread over fish. Cover and bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
