Cheesy Two Corn Dip

Ingredients

1 can (398 mL) Green Giant* canned Cream Style Corn

1 cup (250 mL) Green Giant* canned Niblets* Corn, drained and rinsed from liquid

1 cup (250 mL) plain cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup (125 mL) green onion, chopped

1 cup (250 mL) sweet red pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup (60 mL) salsa verde

1 1/2 cups (375 mL) mozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 cup (125 mL) parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp. (5 mL) ground black pepper

1 -2 red or green chili, sliced

Handful of fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spray a 3-cup (24 oz) oven safe baking dish with vegetable spray; set aside.

In a large bowl mix Green Giant* Canned Corn, cream cheese, green onion, red pepper, salsa, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and pepper until combined.

Transfer mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven to high broil and brown cheese until the top is golden and bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
