CHICAGO-STYLE CORN ON THE COB

Ingredients

6 ears of Green Giant* frozen Corn on the Cob

2 tsp. (10 ml) unsalted butter

¼ cup (60 ml) cheddar cheese powder seasoning

3 tbsp. (45 ml) caramel waffle cookies, finely chopped

2 tbsp. (30 ml) honey roasted peanuts, finely chopped

Caramel for drizzling

Directions

Prepare corn as per package instructions.

Roll warm corn in butter and evenly sprinkle with cheese seasoning. Top each corn with cookie crumbs and peanuts. Drizzle with warm caramel.
