EASY WHITE BEAN PEA HUMMUS Recipe

Ingredients

Lemon Orzo with Parmesan Peas

  • 1 can (450 mL)) white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (398 mL) Green Giant* canned Summer Sweet Peas, rinsed and drained from liquid
  • 2 tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
  • ¼ tsp (2.5 mL) salt
  • ½ tsp (5 mL) ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Assorted raw vegetables

Directions

Place all ingredients except raw vegetables in a food processor.

Cover; process 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with raw vegetables.
