6 ears of Green Giant* frozen Corn on the Cob
3 tbsp. (45 ml) toasted sesame oil (or regular sesame oil), divided
1 tbsp. (15 ml) low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. (10 ml) garlic chili sauce
2 tbsp. (30 ml) lime juice
1 tsp. (5 ml) roasted sesame seeds, plus extra for sprinkling
2 tbsp. (30 ml) bacon bits
2 tbsp. (30 ml) green onion, finely sliced
Sliced red chili for garnish
Chili oil for drizzle
Boil corn for 5 minutes. Preheat a grill pan and brush corn with 1 tbsp. of sesame oil. Grill on high heat until corn is charred.
In a small bowl whisk together 2 tbsp. of sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic chili sauce, lime juice and 1 tsp. of sesame seeds.
Spoon sauce over corn. Sprinkle with bacon bits, green onion, sliced red chili and sesame seeds. Drizzle with chili oil.
