- 1 pkg Green Giant* Valley Selections* Japanese Mix
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 salmon fillets (about 4oz or 125 g each) or 1 pkg (454 g) frozen salmon fillets, thawed
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- Cooked rice or noodles
- Chopped fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds (optional)
