Maple Spiced Cauliflower Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

Maple Spiced Cauliflower Oatmeal

  • 2 ½ cups almond or your favourite milk
  • 1 cup Green Giant* Riced Veggies Cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup McCann’s Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground Saigon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Optional toppings: sliced almonds or chopped walnuts, assorted fresh and/or dried fruits, coconut flakes, chocolate chips

Directions

Add milk and Green Giant* Riced Cauliflower to medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and stir in McCann’s Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Simmer 1 minute, remove from heat and let stand until desired thickness.
Serve with toppings.
