- 1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant* Veggie Fries Zucchini Parmesan & Garlic
- 2 cups cut-up, cooked chicken
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 8 Boston lettuce leaves
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
BARBECUE CHICKEN AND VEGGIE FRIES LETTUCE WRAPS
Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange Green Giant* Veggie Fries Zucchini Parmesan & Garlic on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 18 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile, combine chicken and barbecue sauce in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in green onion.
Serve chicken in lettuce leaves and top with Veggie Fries, cheese and additional green onion if desired. Serve additional Veggie Fries on the side.
