Corn Kid’s Corniest Mac ‘n’ Cheese Recipe

Cook Time: 15 Minutes


  • 3 cans (341 ml) Green Giant™ Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 box elbow pasta
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Boil pasta for 8 minutes. Drain pasta from water and return to pan. 
  2. Add milk and butter to noodles and bring to simmer. 
  3. Toss in Green Giant Whole Kernel Corn with the cornstarch. Add to simmering pot. 
  4. Once pasta comes back to a simmer, turn off burner and add cheese along with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
