Garden Lasagna Toss Recipe

Ingredients

Garden Lasagna Toss

  • 1 pkg Green Giant* Valley Selections* Cheddar Pasta & Vegetables
  • ¾ lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • Dash of red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup each cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped fresh oregano
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions

In large nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain. Stir tomatoes, oregano and pepper flakes into beef mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 5 minutes. Gently stir in cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Meanwhile, cook Cheddar Pasta and Vegetables according to package directions. Toss ground beef mixture and cooked Pasta and Vegetables together. Sprinkle with oregano and additional shredded mozzarella cheese, if desired.
