1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1 (340g) package Green Giant* Riced Veggies Cauliflower, thawed and drained
2 cups coleslaw
1 tbsp Mrs. Dash* Original Blend
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1-2 tbsp honey
Optional Toppings: shredded cabbage or carrots, green onions, peanuts and/or Sriracha
Cook chicken, Green Giant* Riced Veggies Cauliflower, coleslaw, Mrs. Dash* Original Blend and ginger in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Stir in soy sauce, vinegar and honey and cook 3 minutes or until heated through.
Arrange lettuce leaves in bowls, add chicken mixture and toppings of your choice.
Sprinkle with additional Mrs. Dash*, if desired.
