Combine beef and ginger and let stand 15 to 30 minutes. Combine black bean garlic sauce and rice vinegar; set aside. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir until browned but still pink inside. Stir in Stir Fry Medley vegetables, cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in sauce, cook 30 seconds. Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, if desired. Serve over hot rice or noodles and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
