- 1 pkg (567 g) Green Giant* Garlic & Herb Mashed Cauliflower, cooked according to package directions
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 4 cups (945 mL) packed baby spinach
- ¾ cup (175 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook spinach 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until wilted.
Combine Green Giant* Garlic & Herb Mashed Cauliflower, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
