- 1 package Green Giant* Veggie Rings Cauliflower & Onion
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 ¼ pounds rib eye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced and chopped
- 8 then slices provolone cheese
Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange Green Giant* Veggie Rings Cauliflower & Onion on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile, heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and garlic and brush on cuts sides of rolls. Press rolls, cuts sides down in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Melt remaining butter in same skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and cook 5 minutes or until softened. Remove and set aside. Add steak to skillet and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until steak is done. Stir in peppers. Dived mixture into 4 portions and top each portion with 2 cheese slices and cook until cheese is just melted.
Place steak mixture on buns and top with Veggie Rings. Serve with additional Veggie Rings.
